Far Away Land: Third-Party License

1. If you adhere to these terms you are allowed to publish free or commercial material based upon and/or declaring compatibility with the Far Away Land Role-Playing Game Second Edition without express permission from Simian Circle Games LLC.

2. Art and text from our books may not be reused or translated, unless you have our explicit permission. You can use the names of creatures, stat blocks, locations and entities of the game world.

3. The mechanics and game rules of the Far Away Land Role-Playing Game may be reused and referenced freely. 

4. You are required to use the Far Away Land compatibility logo. The logo must appear on the cover of the document. 

5. You’re not allowed to give the impression that this is an official Far Away Land RPG product or that we (Simian Circle Games LLC.) endorse or sponsor you in any way unless we’ve made special arrangements with you.

6. Simian Circle Games LLC. takes no responsibility for any legal claims against your product.

7. Any legal disputes, controversies or claims related to this license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and settled in a United States court.

8. The following text must be included in the legal text, somewhere visible in the publication, and on the website or storefront where you promote the product:

[Product name] is an independent production by [Author or Publisher] and is not affiliated with Simian Circle Games LLC. It is published under the Far Away Land RPG Third-Party License.

9. This copyright text must be legibly included somewhere in the product and on the storefront:

Far Away Land Role-Playing Game is copyright Simian Circle Games LLC. 

General Guidelines

1. When you create your product, remember to stick to the spirit of Far Away Land. This is a quirky game and a quirky fantasy world. Your product should be an addition to the world of Far Away Land.

2. Do not include sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic tropes or themes in your product. Do not include any hate speech of any kind.
